Return and Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Fees
A 30% fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover handling and original shipping costs. If your order included priority or express shipping, a total of 36% will be deducted.

Order Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it.
If a cancellation request is made after this time window, a 20% fee will be deducted from the refund to cover payment processing and order handling costs, as well as initial shipping preparation.
Please note that once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will instead fall under our Return Policy.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@hadayah.co and include your order number.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition in which you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Product Materials Disclaimer
Our jewelry is crafted with a high-quality 18K gold finish, meaning it is plated with a thin layer of 18K gold over a durable base metal. It is not solid gold, and we do not advertise it as such.
This allows us to offer elegant, meaningful gifts at accessible prices. A solid 18K gold necklace typically costs thousands of dollars. By purchasing from Hadayah, you acknowledge and accept the materials as described in our product listings.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
All approved refunds will be processed minus a 30% fee, or 36% if priority shipping was included, as noted above.
